简介：8年前、日本のヤクザ組織・山城会を壊滅寸前に追い込んだブラジリアン・マフィアのドン・カルロス。ブラジルへの移送を偽装して刑務所から脱出した彼は、山城会との決着をつけるべく動き出すが、偶然立ち寄った蕎麦屋でパートの人妻・聡美を暴力夫から救ってやったことから、彼女と行動を共にするようになる。その頃、8年前の抗争で頭にカルロスの銃弾を喰らい、今はポン中で廃人同然の梶が、山城会から一億という大金を奪って逃走していた。それは、自分のシマを奪って勢力を拡大した山城会への報復だった。だが、梶はカルロスにその金を渡し、ふたりの舎弟・健二と晶夫の行く末を託したところで、追ってきた山城会の西川に射殺されてしまう。その後、健二と晶夫に連絡を取ったカルロスは、彼らと一緒に西川に持ち去られた金を奪回し、梶を殺した組織壊滅の計画を練る。聡美の死んだ叔父が所有していた雑居ビルをアジトとして、そのチャンスを窺うカルロスたち。しかし、組織も黙っていなかった。彼らは、海外から凄腕の殺し屋・ギリヤーク兄弟を呼び寄せると、カルロス殺害を依頼した。さて、山城会に一億の引き渡しを要求したカルロスは、その取引を郊外の廃ビルに指定した。だが、そこへ現れたのはギリヤーク兄弟だった。果たして廃ビルは戦場と化し、その戦いでカルロスは健二と晶夫を失い、ギリヤークも最愛の弟を失ってしまう。ところで、カルロス暗殺が失敗したことを知った山城会の幹部は、掌を返したようにカルロスに一億の引き渡しに素直に応じることを宣言した。しかし、それを知ったギリヤークは、彼らを殺害するとカルロスに改めて挑戦状をたたきつけた。弟の仇をとる為に。こうして、戦いはカルロスとギリヤークのものとなった。ギリヤークとのケリをつける為に、再び廃ビルに出向くカルロスと聡美。聡美は、待ち受けていたギリヤークに殺されるも、カルロスは見事ギリヤークをしとめることに成功する。
